Mei: Oh hi Laura! I’m looking for some informations
about Thailand, because i have no idea for my
geography presentation about it next week.
Laura: You shouldn’t look for informations. Thailand is
my favourite country, i can help you.
Mei: That’s so kind of you, Laura! So i wanna ask you
what is the capital of Thailand?
Laura: It’s Bangkok, Mei. It’s the most animated capital
that i have ever know.
Mei: Wow, that’s so fanstatic! I also know that
Thailand is one of the members of ASEAN.
Laura: Excatly! Thailand began joining ASEAN in 1967.
Mei: Oh you’re so well-informed about this. I have just
knowed that the official language of Thailand is Thai.
Laura: Yes,of couse. Besides that, the total area of
Thailand is about 510,000 square kilometers and the
population is 67 million people.
Mei: Omg, how do you know these things? That's
amazing!
Laura: I’m trying my best to help you.
Mei: Thank you. Let’s talk about the cutural traditions. I
heard that the street food in Thailand tastes delicious
but it’s too spicy.
Laura: You’re absolutely right. Hot spicy food as know
as a famous culture in Thailand. I guess it would be
interesting that every tourist want to try.
Mei: I completely agree with you. Do you know any
famous festivals or holidays in Thailand?
Laura: Yes, Thailand has some festivals such as Famer’s
Day, Vegetarian’s Day...
Mei: They have the New Year’s Day and Chinese New
Year, too.
Laura: Sound good. Finally the tourist will attract in
Sukhothai City, Grand Place or Kok Phi Phi islands,..
Mei: Im sure that my presentation will be great. Thank
