Thank you for thinking of Thyme Studio for your wedding or event needs.

In the next few pages we have outlined our o erings.

It’s important to note that although we want to bring your vision to life, there
will always be a Thyme Studio touch on it. It’s important that you have looked
at our style and creations prior. Please check out our Instagram and website
for past work.

 Process
We’d prefer to do everything through email rst. We will ask for the following:

• Inspo photos - bouquets, colour scheme, arrangements, anything you’d like to share to let us
know the style you’d like.

• Rough list of items required. Bridal bouquet, boutonnière, table centrepieces, arbour etc…(This
does not need to be con rmed but is used to get the quote started)

• Venue details - Ceremony and reception venue. What are the requirements? Is there a ip?

• Rough budget you’d like to t everything in. This is used for multiple reasons, rst of all to let you
know if what you’d like is feasible with your budget. Secondly, we want to share what we can do
that ts your budget.

Once we have the above information we will get started on a quote and an inspiration board.
There will be multiple options for you and we’re looking to get your feedback on it.

 Minimum Spend
There is a minimum spend of $2,000 (before tax) for weddings that require any set up such as wedding arch and tables runners. For a
orists to be onsite to set anything up, there is a set up fee of $550.

Within this $550 it includes:

• Delivery of personal owers (e.g. bridal bouquet) to two di erent locations within M1 to M9 Postal code.

• Set up of reception and ceremony owers in one sitting.

• If set up requirements are more specialized and requires a bigger team onsite, fee will increase.

• Includes 1 room ip within 2 hours of initial set up at the same location

• If venue and reception is outside the GTA, there will be a travel fee.

• Tear down is not included.

Prices of the set up fee cannot be reduced as the orist is dedicated to your wedding and is unable to be elsewhere. When quoting out your
wedding we do let you know and always give suggestions that doesn’t require the set up if it is a smaller wedding.

We o er tear down services as well:

•Same night -starting at $350, nal price depends on location and time

•Day after - starting at $200, nal price depends on location and time

A la Carte
If your wedding doesn’t require set up, there is no minimum spend with
Thyme Studio. Items must be either picked up or delivered. No set up
requirements.

There are no limitations regarding this, you may order 1 bridal bouquet and
boutonnière etc..

A lot of the wedding items can be picked up the day prior if the items are
going out of town.

Pick Up FAQs
Please see below some pick up FAQs for your wedding and event orals.
- You can pick up the day of or the day before the event.
- Care overnight - keep it in a cool area and away from direct sunlight.
- Regular pick up hours is between 10AM to 5PM (Weekends), and 10AM to 6PM (weekdays). Anytime
before or after these hours will incur a $20/hr charge.
- Pick up location is 779 Queen St East, Toronto, ON M4M 1H5.
- Other people can pick up the wedding items for you.
- All wedding items will be packed in boxes/trays (not stackable) and in water (except for corsage, and oral
crowns/combs) for easy transport.
- Thyme Studio is not responsible for packing up your car for you. We can assist and give
recommendations but it is not Thyme Studio’s responsibility.

Delivery FAQs
Please see below some delivery FAQs for your wedding and event orals.
- You can have the items delivered the day of or the day before the event.
- Care overnight - keep it in a cool and away from direct sunlight.
- The minimum time frame is 1 hour. For example, 11AM to 12PM. We unfortunately cannot
guarantee a delivery time frame of 3PM. This allows some exibility for our drivers.
- Please note that delivery time frames outside these hours (10:30AM to 6PM) will incur a small
surcharge. Final price depends on nal location and time frame.
- For all deliveries - please share onsite contact and phone number for the driver.
- All wedding items will be packed in boxes/trays (not stackable) and in water (except for
corsage, and oral crowns/combs) for easy transport.

Important Notes
Price can always vary:

• The prices of bridal bouquets are not always to do with the size but the type of owers and skillset used
to create the look you’d like.

• If you require/request a speci c ower, there may be an extra charge depending on availability, however
we can’t guarantee it. We will always choose the best owers available to us that ts your look and feel.

• We don’t list out the owers we use for your wedding to avoid disappointment the day of. Sometimes
we receive the owers you’d like, however the quality are not up to our standard and need to nd a
better replacement.

• It’s very important that there is a di erence between regular bouquets and bridal bouquets. The next
page outlines our starting prices and we unfortunately cannot go lower than the prices listed. There’s
more than just orals that go into the prep work of wedding orals. If you don’t need it “wedding” we’d
recommend ordering the items from our website.
