RATIONALE

The Department of Education release a statement which that schools are permissible to
conduct face to face graduation rites activities with theme “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing dreams
and fostering resilience int the face of adversity” this is to celebrate the end of school year
2021-2022.

In this connection, the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Implementer of Arakan North, Arakan
East and Arakan West District having 16 Elementary Graduates and 126 Junior High completers
coming from different Barangays of Municipality of Arakan who passed the Presentation of
Portfolio Assessment (PPA) last July 4-8 2022. The Alternative Learning System will render
graduation and completion program to acknowledge the ALS learners who have successfully
met the requirements for graduation and completion. the Alternative Learning System.

OBJECTIVES

1. To acknowledge ALS Learners on their educational attainment and achievements.

2. To give appreciations to parents and stakeholders.
