I would like to conclude todays proceedings with few words to our graduates and completers.

As you
proceed to the next chapter of your lives. I offer the following ingredients of success- things I have
observed in people I’ve know and work with over the years

First, integrity if you can carry out your responsibilities consistently , to the best of your ability, people
will trust you as a colleagues, and turn to you for leadership.

Next is courage: in the face of adversity, and even tragedy, try to remember the reason for optimism-
and never be afraid to ask for help. Look after yourself- especially you health both physical and mental.

Follow you instinct and curiosity whenever they lead a, and broaden your knowledge by reading as
much as you can. Embrace opportunities to collaborate. It is the key to our success as a society, and it
helps u grow as individuals.

Be bold and take risks, and don’t let the fear of failure stop you. Failure is a part of life. Its another way
to learn. Change is part of life too. At times its frightening, but we should see it as as chance to explore,
and test our limits.

Above all, enjoy what you do. Take pleasure and satisfaction in what you achieve. Along with the
personal characteristic I’ve mention. This is key to happy life.

Whatever your next steps, I invited you to see your studies here as a part of lifetime of learning. And I
encourage you to use that learning to leave every situation better than it was when you arrived.


To all the graduates present here today in this momentous event, I commend you
for the hard work you put in reaching what you have achieved today.

As graduates, do not think that learning will stop here. Treat this graduation day
as a gateway to a higher level of learning. As young adults, a new task is at
hand… to better understand you’re craft, master it, and possibly achieve great
things doing so. At the same time you will need to learn how to face real life
hardships in your jobs, family affairs, and social life. There would always be
trouble along the way. But with all that has been said, do not see tomorrow with
a dim light for what lies beyond this day could be the highlight of your lives, the
well deserved fruit of all your labor from elementary to college. Remember that
money is earned and spent but experience and wisdom through dedication, hard
work, and strong faith will take you places and give you happiness that no
amount of money can buy. And finally, I would like to congratulate your parents
