Key Responsibilities:
• I regularly participate in meetings with the East Mediterranean Region Office (EMR) to report and
discuss the scaling-up of healthcare services.
• I have submitted monthly, progress, and final reports to the emergency team leader and the EMRO
oxygen team.
• Implement the scaling-up program in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) for
public health facilities.
• Conduct an assessment of inpatient services at the national level to ascertain the precise capacity
and identify any gaps in oxygen production to enhance healthcare services.
• Undertake a physical visit to the Oxygen plant to identify and address any issues, as well as
provide solutions.
• Execute the installation of the Oxygen plant and provide comprehensive end-user training to
