KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed, and entered into by:

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the SELLERS are the registered owners of one house

WHEREAS, the BUYERS has offered to buy and the SELLER has
agreed to sell the abovementioned properties for the amount of

WHEREAS, the SELLER will pay the Capital Gains Tax, as well as the
real estate taxes up to the date of the sale, within thirty (30) days from the
execution of this DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, The BUYERS shall pay the
documentary stamp tax arising from the sale as well as the rest of the
expenses to effect the transfer of the Certificate of Title will be shouldered
by the BUYERS;

WHEREAS, the SELLER gave the assurance that the subject property
would be free from occupant/s within the same thirty (30) day period.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of

including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
