Job Title: HR Analyst – Data and Reporting Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Job Grade: 11

Reports To: Group Head of HR Excellence and Employee Experience

1. Purpose:
To assist in the daily support of SuccessFactors for a global user community

2. Direct Reports:
n/a

3. Dimensions of Position:
• Support the Group Head of HR Excellence & Employee Experience to deliver
class leading HR Systems
• Maintain and develop the core HRIS systems in line with the HR Systems
strategy
• Contribute to HRIS projects
• Carry out annual process launch configuration tasks and provide data,
reporting and analytical support to annual HR processes
• Respond to HR Helpdesk tickets
• Identifying and proposing reporting and data solutions to regular tasks and
requirements
• Provide new user training support
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly/quarterly headcount reports

4. Key Result Areas:


• Monitor and audit data quality
• Support reporting processes
• Publish data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
• Report Automation
• Produce and track KPIs
• Develop reports to meet requirements of HR and Senior Management
• Provide technical support to the user community

7. Qualifications:
In depth Functional knowledge of HR Information Systems (SuccessFactors)
Statistical or Data related qualifications
Able to adapt communication to the proficiency of individuals

8. Experience:
SuccessFactors Systems
Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (minimum Intermediate level)
BIRT Reporting Tools
Exposure to Business Intelligence
Experience of working in a Shared Service Support environment
International/multicultural exposure

9. Knowledge:
HR Background and affinity with IT Systems
Spreadsheet and Mathematic capability
Business Intelligence
High proficiency in English
