ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN COMFORT ROOM REPAIR /INNOVATION

Grade III
S.Y. 2023-2024

I. Introduction
“Youth the Hope Of the Nation” the familiar quote from our national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
This is the most reason why the teaching, non-teaching staff, parents and all stakeholders are
joining hands together for the betterment of the school and for the sake of the learners. This
has been the reason why the needed facilities of every pupil is the utmost goal to be prepared
of and be rendered to them before the beginning of school year 2023-2024. Thus, everyone
from the community especially the teaching and non teaching staff of the school has checked
every corner of the school ,most especially the damaged comfort rooms of grades II to V for it
to be given immediate actions before classes starts.

II.Findings /Suggestions
During the visitation of the assigne Public Schools District Incharge Sir Gilbert A. Layao , it
was found out the 4 comfort rooms considered as not functional because they have been
closed and used as storage of different waste materials the ceilings and the doors are damaged,
therefore the district incharge suggested to make these 4 comfort rooms to be functional for
grades 3- to 5 learners used .so with this problem the school and non teaching staff decided to
call an emergency meeting with the parents for the solution of the said problem before classes
starts in the school year 2023-2024.
III Analysis
During the meeting with parents ,teaching and non- teaching staff the problem is introduced
.It was carefully studied by the joined forces and brilliant ideas from the parents and teachers
for the immediate solution to the said problem .there were a lot of suggestions came out but
having candidate for Miss and Mr. Cabawan Elementary School fund raising won out of the
raised suggestions .Candidates should be selected in every grade level from Kinder to grade 6.
IV.Result
 There were 4 candidates from grade 3 pupils and raised a total amount of Php3,513.00. and
as an adviser of grade 3 I immediately implement the amount in repairing and innovating the
comfort room with tile floor,new door and ceiling and painted wall and door with connected
water and water tab.
Attached here with is the picture of repaired/innovated comfort room of grade 3 learners as
functional .
