EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

a) Product Offering
HG Techwear Sdn. Bhd. is producing and offering a jacket with attachable fans, called
the “CoolBreeze Jacket”. Not only does it produce ventilation, but our product also
raises awareness for our future users and customers. The jacket is fully equipped
with electronic components that allow the fans to operate when in need. The material
that has been used on this jacket also ensures that our product is repellant to water,
and is durable. Other than that, the jacket also promises a breathable material with
comfort. With such functions to offer, our target users are such as workers who are
working under an extremely hot sun, travelers who are required to walk an extra mile,
and workers or citizens who travel and work during the night.

b) Market Profile

Our target market profile is mainly in Malaysia as it is the base of the company. We
are receiving numerous demands from our country as the world revolves around us
and many other people seek innovation and technology implementation in their daily
lives. The product of our company would mainly be monetized on social media
platforms in the form of advertisements. The social media platform would mainly be
such as Facebook and Instagram. Our company will also be operating physically
through consignment stores in shopping malls. Given the current market demand of
our company, the revenue growth for the year 2025 can be increased by about 50%
which raises a total of 52,800 units, with the current sales forecast for around 39,600
units for the year 2024.

c) Management Team
HG Techwear Sdn. Bhd. was established and founded in the year 2024, by five high-
caliber individuals with numerous years of experience in the business industry. The
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Luqman Hakim Bin Abdul Mutalib, has 12 years of
experience in fundraising and business development, as well as public relations and
branding. The Operational Manager, Mr. Hanif Bin Zamri, has a highly graded
certification as a Certified Operations Manager (COM) with 10 years of experience
in helping build up this company. He can provide proper operations management for
the company such as process, risk management, and quality assurance. The Marketing
Manager, Mr. Chin Xin Hong, is a strategic-thinking individual with high
communication and networking skills and knows how to build a community with
those experiences. The Finance Manager, Mr. Jordan Chong Wei Loong, is highly
educated with certified qualifications and accounts management professional with 18
years of experience in high reputation company. The Human Resource Manager, Mr.
Chan Kim Cin, has 10 years of experience in human resource management and can
provide good communication and improve performance in the working culture among
workers in the company.

d) Finance Status (Revenue & Expected Return)


HG Techwear Sdn. Bhd. Consists of 5 shareholders with a total capital investment of
RM 500,000.00 as start-up capital. According to the Implementation Cost Plan, RM
1,315,901.40 would be needed to meet company expenses in the year 2024. As a
result, an amount of RM 815,901.40 bank loan is required. Annual revenue is
expected to be RM 4,319,700.00 in the year 2024, the first year of business, with each
unit of official selling price for RM 119.00. The company is expected to earn RM
5,969,040.00 for the year 2025. Due to the increase in production in the year 2025,
the total expenses will increase by around 17.65% in the next year. According to the
break-even study, the company will break even in July month of year 2024. After
deducting taxes from our profit, our predicted net profit for the year 2024 is RM
678,689.48. The net profit in the year 2025 is RM 1,107,388.76, almost double the
increment of 63.17% over the first year of the company.

1.0. COMPANY PROFILE

1.1. Name of the Company, Logo, and Company Contact


1.1.1. Company Name

HG Techwear Sdn. Bhd. is an innovative technology company that helps to


develop innovative technology products for human nature use. Our trademark of
this company focuses on heat protection products which will improve the
perspective of our future users and customers towards a better technology that
will help them to have a cooling sensation even on a hot sunny day. Our heat
protection technology company will also be importing and repackaging the
products under the company’s branding worldwide. The company name is
inspired by the purpose of the product itself.

The word “HG” itself stands for “Heat Guardian” which is the purpose of our
product and future ongoing products.

“Techwear” highlights an advanced technological aspect of our product. The


term used for the naming of our company is an acronym, which we find catchy
and will allow people to remember in the future regardless of their understanding
of the English language.

1.1.2. Company Logo

The logo of this company is inspired by the futuristic involvement of this company
toward technology. The company’s logo is based on a graphical technological
presentation through the adaptation of a wired design. The wire behind the texting
of the name of the company reflects the technology that is involved in the making
of our product. Other than that, the idea of putting the name of the company in the
logo was to let the crowd recognize the name of our company and the logo behind
it. The company’s motto – “ Innovative Lifestyle”, represents the company’s
vision to develop innovative products to enhance the lifestyle of future users and
customers.

The company’s intention to involve technology aspects in the logo is to be clear


about what the company will be offering to users and customers. The orange color
signifies energy, warmth, and creativity. It can also grab attention and evoke
excitement. Meanwhile, steel gray suggests neutrality, balance, and maturity. It
can be symbolized as strength, and protection, aligning with the safety aspects of
the business. Overall, the color combination complements each other well and
can add a touch of sophistication to the branding.

1.2. Legal Business Structure

HG Techwear Sdn. Bhd. is a partnership company. The partnership company was


founded by five individuals with a total capital of RM500,000, with Luqman
Hakim Bin Abdul Mutalib, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) holding the majority
share in the company as much as 30%. Three of the others, Chan Kim Cin, Human
Resource Manager (HR), Hanif Bin Zamri, Operational Manager (OM), and Chin
Xin Hong, Marketing Manager (MM) would share as much as 20%, and the 10%
left would be the share of Jordan Chong Wei Loong, Financial Manager (FM).

1.4.1. Product Function and Application

Function: The function of our product is to provide protection as well as raise


awareness for our future users and customers. Here are some main functions of
our product:-
• Protect from heavy weather.
• Improve cooling effect under hot weather.
• Ensuring awareness at night.

Application: The cooling jacket can be applied to users who are working
under extreme conditions or any other individuals who need a protective
jacket. This can be applied to individuals such as:-
• Construction workers.
• Travellers.
• People who bike during the night.
• Common individuals who need a protective jacket.

• Portable cooling fan provided with the jacket as cooling sensation.
• The material used is durable, breathable, and long-lasting.

1.7. Steps in Creating the Product

1) Cutting 1.2m of water-resistant fabric, 0.6m of mesh fabric, 3 zippers, 0.3m of elastic
material, and 0.5m of reflective tape.

2) Material was sewn to be the product.

3) Two circular holes were cut through the bottom of the jacket and sewn.

4) Reflective tape was sewn on the jacket.

Partnership details
1. The Partners agree to form a partnership under the name of Luqman Hakim Bin
Abdul Mutalib. The Partnership will be governed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Selangor. The Partnership is formed on the terms and conditions in the
Agreement below, to engage the business of HG Techwear to engage in any and all
necessary activities to carry on the business of the Partnership.
Place of business
2. The principal office of the Partnership will be located at Ground Floor Lot 01,
Enigma Square Bandar Puteri Bangi Kajang, 43000, Selangor Darul Ehsan,
Malaysia, or at such places as the Partners shall determine from time to time.
Term
3. The Partnership shall commence on 01st January 2021 and continue until 31th
December 2031.
Partners’ Capital Contributions
4. The Partners will contribute capital to the Partnership within 28days of the
Effective Date, on or before 29th January 2021.
5. The Partner’s cash contribution will be:
a. Luqman Hakim Bin Abdul Mutalib, RM 150,000.00
b. Chan Kim Cin, RM 100,000.00
c. Hanif Bin Zamri, RM 100,000.00
d. Jordan Chong Wei Loong, RM 50,000.00
e. Chin Xin Hong, RM 100,000.00
Binding Effect
6. This Agreement shall be binding upon the benefit of the Partner and their respective
legal representatives, heirs, administrators, executors, successors and permitted
assigns.
Severability
7. If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in
whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue
to be valid, legal and enforceable.
Governing Law
8. The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with the laws of the state of Selangor,not including its conflicts of law provisions.

Further Assurances
9. At the written request of one Partner, the other Partners shall execute and deliver
such necessary documents to affect the terms of this Agreement.
Headings
10. The section headings are for reference purposes only and shall not otherwise affect
any provision in this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
11. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Partners, and
supersedes all prior agreements of the Partners, whether they be oral or written
agreements.
Counterparts
12. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall
be deemed as the original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the
same document.
Amendment
13. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed
by all of the Parties.
Notices
14. Any notice or other communication given to a party in connection with this
Agreement shall be in writing, and shall be:
a. Delivered either by hand, by pre-paid first-class post, or by other next
working day delivery service, at the receiving party’s postal address
provided in this Agreement unless otherwise stated; or
b. Sent by email to the email address specified in writing.
Waiver

15. A waiver of any right or remedy under this Agreement or by law is only effective if
given in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
16. A failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under this
Agreement or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or
remedy.

Process Operation:

Step 1: Receive all the raw materials from every supplier.

Step 2: Quality Control Inspector checks the quality of materials:

• Worker puts on the cooling jacket, ensuring proper fit and connection of

The total expenses show the total costs of expenditure for the past two years. The total expenses for
2024 and 2025 years were both RM 877,425.21 and RM 1,032,275.21. Due to the increase of
production amount in the year 2025, the total expenses increasing around 17.65% from year 2024.
