This is a deed of donation, made and executed in the City of Chicago, Illinois, United

donation, that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support
himself in a manner appropriate for his needs;

That the DONEES, do hereby accept this donation of a portion of the above-
described property, and do hereby express gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the
DONOR.
