TILE ADHESIVE

PRODUCT It is a ready-to-use thin bed mortar adhesive for bonding

D E S C R IP T I O N ceramic tiles, marbles, granite and natural stones to wall
or floors on indoor or outdoor concrete surface. It is a
cement bound system for wall or floor tiles.

Surface must be fully cured, clean, dry and free from contaminants.
P R E P ARA TIO N

 Pour 5-7 liters of clean water into a plastic pail and add one 25-kg bag of NovTek Tile Adhesives.
MIXING  Always put water first in the container before adding NovTek Tile Adhesive for proper preparation.
INSTRUCTIONS  Mix thoroughly until a trowelable consistency is attained.
 Let stand for about 10 - 15 minutes, and then re-mix again.

APPLICATION  Using a special notched trowel (6mm x 6mm) spread over 1-2 square meter area at a time only.
 Lay down tiles and adjust accordingly. Use tile spacers to ensure the correct spacing of the tiles.
 Ensure that the spread adhesive is used in 15-20 minutes maximum.
 Regularly check adhesive bed to ensure that no film layer has formed on the surface. If so disregard,
mix and spread a new batch straight from the mixing pail.

STORAGE Always stored in a cool and dry area.

NovTek Corporation (NOVTEK) warrants that this product and the materials used therein meet or exceed applicable
standards in force at the time of manufacture. NOVTEK will replace any product or part which proves defective due to quality
of ingredients used or due to the manufacturing process itself. This warranty shall apply only if the product is used strictly
according to applicable specifications and instructions provided by NOVTEK for its use, and NOVTEK shall not be liable
otherwise. Replacement of any defective product or, at NOVTEK’s option, refund of the purchase of any defective product
shall be the buyer’s sole remedy under this warranty, and NOVTEK shall in no event be liable for any damages in excess of
the purchase price of the defective product. NOVTEK SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

This warranty constitutes the sole warranty given by NOVTEK in connection with this product, and NOVTEK has authorized
no person to make or give any other warranties or representations, oral or written on its behalf. IN PARTICULAR, THERE
ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT EXCEPTION WARRANTIES OR MECHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No modification of this warranty in favor of any buyer shall be valid unless given
in writing and signed by an officer of NOVTEK.
