AGREEMENT

This Sponsorship Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between Fiesta
Force Events Qatar, hereinafter referred to as "Fiesta Force," and MERITORIOUS TRADING
CONTRACTING AND SERVICES Company Qatar, hereinafter referred to as "MERITORIOUS TRADING
CONTRACTING AND SERVICES."

1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

Fiesta Force Events Qatar, a premier event management company, has secured the prestigious
Legends League Cricket (LLC) project from Absolute Sports Legends India. Fiesta Force is exclusively
tasked with managing sponsorships and executing event-related activities for LLC.

2. SPONSORSHIP COLLABORATION

In acknowledgment of : MERITORIOUS TRADING CONTRACTING AND SERVICES Company's

commitment to excellence, Fiesta Force invites : MERITORIOUS TRADING CONTRACTING AND
SERVICES Company to collaborate on the LLC event. : MERITORIOUS TRADING CONTRACTING AND
SERVICES Company is set to make a significant investment of 50,000 QAR. In return, : MERITORIOUS
TRADING CONTRACTING AND SERVICES Company anticipates a compelling return of either 10% of
the profit generated from the sponsorship or not less than 150,000 QAR, whichever is higher. This
collaboration extends to active participation in securing sponsorships for LLC, with due
acknowledgment as a valued collaborator.

3. EVENT DETAILS

The LLC event, a showcase of cricketing prowess, is scheduled to captivate audiences from the 21st of
February 2024 to the 1st of March 2024 at the prestigious Asian Town Cricket Stadium in Doha.

4. RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Fiesta Force undertakes to ensure a seamless return on investment process for MERITORIOUS
TRADING CONTRACTING AND SERVICES Company. The return, calculated as either 10% of the
event's profit or not less than 150,000 QAR, will be facilitated promptly after the event's conclusion.
The agreed-upon dates for the return are tentatively set for the 28th of February, 29th of February, or
the 1st of March 2024.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. Strategic Investment: MERITORIOUS TRADING CONTRACTING AND SERVICES The Company's

investment of 50,000 QAR signifies a strategic partnership with Fiesta Force in enhancing the LLC
event's success.

b. Transparent Returns: Fiesta Force commits to a transparent and expedited return process,
showcasing our dedication to fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

c. Collaborative Sponsorship Efforts: MERITORIOUS TRADING CONTRACTING AND SERVICES

Company's active involvement in securing sponsorships aligns with Fiesta Force's commitment to
achieving unparalleled success for LLC.

d. Enhanced Recognition: Fiesta Force pledges to showcase MERITORIOUS TRADING CONTRACTING

AND SERVICES Company prominently during the LLC event, providing unparalleled visibility and
acknowledgment.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

a. Force Majeure: Both parties recognize that unforeseen circumstances may impact event timelines. In
such cases, both parties will work collaboratively to mitigate any challenges. NO delay in payment of
the return even if the event is rescheduled. Payment on return will be on scheduled time only.

b. Governing Law: This Agreement is subject to and governed by the laws of Qatar, ensuring a legal
framework that upholds the interests of both parties.

c. Flexibility in Amendments: Recognizing the dynamic nature of events, any amendments to this
Agreement will be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
