You need high speed blender to make this iced, blended beverage. 2 Putthe ice and the chilled espresso in the blender. You can use strongly brewed coffee instead of espresso, if desired, Don't forget that your coffee should be chilled before using it. 3 Next, add the milk of your choice, the chocolate syrup, and the table sugar. 4. Blend until you get a smooth, thick consistency, which should take about 30 seconds. Do not overdo it to prevent the frappe from becoming too thin. I's best to taste it before transferring the drink into a glass or cup so that you can ensure the sweetness and thickness are just right.
