Ingredients
2 shots chilled espresso, or 80 mi strongly brewed coffee
2 tbsp. or 30ml chooolate syrup
1 tbsp. table sugar
4/3 cup or 80m! milk
1 large cup ice cubes
Whipped cream for serving
More chocolate syrup for serving
Directions
1. You need high speed blender to make this iced, blended beverage.
2 Putthe ice and the chilled espresso in the blender. You can use strongly brewed coffee instead of espresso,
if desired, Don't forget that your coffee should be chilled before using it.
3 Next, add the milk of your choice, the chocolate syrup, and the table sugar.
4. Blend until you get a smooth, thick consistency, which should take about 30 seconds. Do not overdo it to
prevent the frappe from becoming too thin. I's best to taste it before transferring the drink into a glass or cup
so that you can ensure the sweetness and thickness are just right. Add more sugar or ice if needed
5 Transfer the frappe into a tall glass or cup.
6 Add some whipped cream on top and drizzle some chocolate syrup to make it irresistible.
7 Serve and enjoy!
Notes+ Using a high speed blender is required to make this drink turn out exactly like the store bought version.
+ Use store bought whipped cream if you want to save time making this recipe.
