    ARTICLE 1767.

    By the contract of partnership


    two or more persons bind themselves to
    contribute money, property, or industry to a
    common fund, with the intention of dividing
    the profits among themselves. BUSINESS
    PARTNERSHIP formed mainly from profit.
    A contract is a meeting of minds between two
    persons whereby one binds himself, with
    respect to the other, to give something or to
    render some service.
    A industry may be either physical/personal
    manual efforts or intelectual. Sevices/skills
    Meron silang agreement na magcontribute ng
    money (pera),property(plant/equipment gaya
    ng land/lupa/building/machinery) or industry.
    Di lang dalawang tao ang mag enter sa
    partnership.
    Two or more persons may also form a
    partnership for the exercise of a profession.
    GENERAL PROFESSIONAL PARTNERSHIP (GPP) -
    is a partnership formed for the purpose of
    practicing a common profession.
