    Worker : Good Morning sir,

    Field Supervisor : How about your job has ready what percentage

    Worker : Just vead 50%

    Field Supervisor : Are there any problem? the work is slow

    Worker : Because it rains all day long sir, that’s why the work is rather

    difficult to do

    Field Supervisor : What do you think the solution is so that the work is fast

    Worker : How About that according to the direction of the sir

    Field Supervisor : For the equipment is still enough? like iron, soil, cement

    Worker : For all the processed going well

    Field Supervisor : Well, do it good and fast,in order to get it done on time

    Worker : Yes,sir

    Field Supervisor : Continue work, I will check the other part
