RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS:

THIRD TRIMESTER 2021/2022 SESSION (MAY 2022)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Welcome back!

According to the University Rules and Regulations for Postgraduate Studies, students must
register and pay the current fees within the first two weeks of the commencement of the
trimester.

New trimester and course registration can be done online via UUM portal. Students who fail to
settle any outstanding amount due will not be able to access the registration system. Thus,
students are advised to make the payment at least seven (7) days before the registration
date. Registration system and students’ accounts can be accessed from
http://portal.uum.edu.my

Students are advised to strictly follow the dates below for registration purpose:

12th to 29th May 2022: Registration for new trimester (activate student’s status)
12th to 29th May 2022: Registration for courses (add and drop period)
11th June 2022: Last day for students to settle payment of fees for the current trimester

Please take note that students who do not register within the stipulated time without prior
approval from the Dean of Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB), to
defer the registration, can have their studies terminated.

Please be advised that the amount of tuition fees charged for trimester is subject to the
number of courses registered and other recurring fees due.

The University reserves the right to charge a penalty of RM200.00 if the full amount of fees is not
settled by 11th June 2022.

Latest information about the registration, academic calendar and schedule of classes are
obtainable from the website http://www.oyagsb.uum.edu.my/.

Please ignore this letter if you have completed the programme of study and have fulfilled all
the requirements for graduation.
