Option 1:
Do your Yoga Burn Total Body Challenge 3 times a week + Yoga Burn
Monthly 3 times a week.
Remember to add your Total Band Burnout once or twice a week for even
faster results.
Option 2:
I would suggest adding in 1 round of the Yoga Burn Booty Challenge 15-
minutes on the day when you are just doing 1 round of TBC. So you could
do a 30-minute workout 15-minute Booty and 15-minute Total Body [1st day
of each week ONLY] and then keep the more gentle monthly practices on
the other 3 days of the week when you are not doing the challenge. So, a
total of 6 days with 1 day rest each week!
