Honourable juries, dear audience as my friend mentioned I will examine the

psychology behind our topic. I want to point four things which will be developed.
Firstly, increase women’s self-esteem. When positive discrimination is applied to
women, they are more likely to feel valued and professional. This can help them be
more confident in the workplace and utilize their potential more effectively. Secondly,
increasing women’s motivation. If we apply positive discrimination to women, it will
result with increased dedication to their jobs, and they will put more effort to their
jobs. Thirdly, increase diversity at work. Because men and women have different ways
of thinking and intelligence, they can look at workplace issues from different angles,
making it easier to find solutions. Fourthly, contributing to gender equality. Providing
positive discrimination for women in the workplace can help take a step towards
gender equality. This could change how society sees the need for women to have
more roles in work and put more emphasis on equal opportunities for women.

For additional things, as women contribute financially to their families through

their work, this situation makes them and their families happy, and they begin to view
life more positively. Providing them with positive discrimination in the workplace
makes them more efficient, which has a positive impact on their psychology. Since
women and men have different physical strengths, employing them without positive
discrimination will naturally challenge them and limit their potential.

Women's caring and compassionate nature makes them more effective in

professions like teaching and nursing. The preference for women in these jobs is a
good example of positive discrimination for today.

As an addition, because mothers tend to spend more time with their children
at home, providing positive discrimination for mothers who have young children in
the workplace when needed, will strengthen women's communication with their
children. As a result, mothers will be able to work more comfortably without worrying
about their children, and children will be happier.

To sum up what I have said, providing positive discrimination for women in the
workplace is necessary for women, their work, and their families. This situation will
contribute to the development of society and the country.

Thanks for your attention.
