6. (Interview part) How should school personnel establish better school-community relationship?
To stablish better school-community relationship, it is important that there is communication.
Because without communication, it is hard to build a relationship at all. Regular communication
between the teachers and the community are fundamental in building a good relationship. It is also
important to recognize the diversity since members of the community shares different interests, religion,
etc. By recognizing diversity within the community and understanding its characteristics as well as its
traditions, it will be an important step before starting to build the relationships.
