Notes:
1. QAP to be shared by supplier after Order confirmation. This will be used in furture as referece for quality checks.
2. All fitting in case of bevelled end must have proper bevelling as per standards.
3. Material and specification details to be embosed proper on each fitting.
4. In case of large quantities equal specification items has to be properly bundled for safe unloading and checking.
5. All IBR material to be provided with proper IBR certificate. In case of issues with certificate, material will be rejected/ given back to supplier.
6. All raw material test certificates and interal test/ inspection report coies to be submitted for records.
