DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN MAPEH 8

ARTS

Date: February 15, 2024

I. OBJECTIVES

At the end of the 60-minute period, students should be able to:

a) define the Arts of Uzbekistan, Kasakhstan, and Tajikistan;


b) watch the Arts of Uzbekistan, Kasakhstan, and Tajikistan;and
c) draw the Arts of Uzbekistan, Kasakhstan, and Tajikistan.

II. SUBJECT MATTER

Topic: Art of Uzbekistan, Kasakhstan, and Tajikistan


Instructional Materials: laptop, printed materials, manila paper, construction
paper, PowerPoint presentation.
References: Music and Arts Learner’s Module Grade 8 Pages 310-311

Now let’s have an art activity.

But before that I will group you into (The students will count one to

Materials:

Color paper

Bond paper

Pencil

The teacher will instruct the students


on how to do the activity.

Direction:

 Every group must have one bond


paper.
 Draw the art that you pick.
 Color the designs that you draw.
 Paste your work at the board.
 Every group must have two
reporter to explain your work for
2-3 minutes.

The teacher will let the leaders of the


group to pick at the bowl.

Uzbekistan

People who inhabited the region of


present Uzbekistan are known for
making printed cloth.

Printed tablecloths, curtains,


bedspreads, shawls, and various
coverlets were utilitarian and served as
a daily-round ornament as well.

presentation about the Uzbekistan art)

Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan’s visual arts are relatively


young. In ancient times, nomads used
to draw on rocks. Today, these
petroglyphs can be found throughout
Kazakshtan.

Kazakhstan varies in style, direction,


and genre. The most captivating work
by Kazakhstan artists in different
periods can be seen in museums
across the country.

Tajikistan

Tajiks have been making fabrics,


utensils, musical instruments, carpets,
furniture, jewelleries, and many other
things for many centuries. The art of
decorative carving is very important
for local residents.

The teacher will explain more about


the topic.
