a resident of, Philippines, NEAL TITUS LAYAN GREGORIO, of legal age, Filipino, of legal age,
married to Glory Phille S. Gregorio and ALLAN GERALD LAYAN GREGORIO, of legal age, Filipino,
single, and a resident of
WITNESSETH

That we are the sole heirs of the late VILMA LAYAN GREGORIO who died on January 21,
2016 in Davao City.

That the deceased left no will and had no debts.

That at the time of his death she left her undivided conjugal share of a parcel of land and
residential building which land is particularly described as follows:

On the N., along line 1-2 by lot 14; on the E., along line 2-3 by
lot 11, both block 35; on the S., Along line 3-4 by Road Lot 31
(6.50 m. wide); on the W., along line 4-1 by lot 15 of block 35, all
of the subd. plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being
N. 19 deg. 48’ W., 549.50 m. from M.B.M. No. 17, Cad-102; thence;

S. 89 deg. 48’ E., 10.00 m. to point 2;

WAIVE and RELINQUISH unto my son and brother of my son NEIL TITUS LAYAN GREGORIO our
rights and interest over the above-mentioned property.
