The management of the HM Treasury wishes to make a serious reminder to Mr. Zhang
Li, following the declarations of the duly signed and issued letter of assurance/guarantee by
the HM Treasury that the HM Treasury will give no more consideration on the subject matter
above if Mr. Zhang Li fails to provide the required re-validation form fee of the £1,500.00
GBP & the Re-validation fee of the £6,500.00 GBP on or before the final deadline submission
of the 24th of February 2024.

This serves as a final reminder to Mr. Zhang Li and the HM Treasury will give no further
consideration or attention to this case if the recipient Mr. Zhang Li fails to carry out full
compliance on the subject matter.
