THE RED SEA PROJECT
The Red Sea Company

The project will be financed by the Kingdom’s Public

Investment Fund (PIF). The project is part of a strategy to
reduce the Saudi economy’s dependence on oil revenues,
and aims to promote international tourism which the
project will be a leading coastal destination, located on a
number of virgin islands in the Red Sea.

The project calls for the construction of a mega resort

located between the cities of Umluj and Wajh, Tabuk
Province. The project will cover 50 islands and 34,000
square kilometers. The first phase will include hotels and
luxury residential units, as well as all logistical
infrastructures and sea transport hubs.

The project will include the attractions as protected coral

reefs, dormant volcanoes, and a nature reserve inhabited by
rare wildlife like Arabian leopards and falcons, also able to
take trips to the ancient ruins of Madain Saleh, classified as
a Unesco World Heritage site, and do activities such as
parachuting, trekking and rock climbing.

Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) has been

mandated by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Saudi
Arabia to develop an immersive 7-star luxury hospitality
experience on the Red Sea: The Amaala Project. The Project
is comprised of a private Island and two coastal beach
destinations of extraordinary natural beauty. Set to attract
some of the world’s leading names to the world-class hotel
and tourism operations of luxury travel, this phase is
focused on developing the assets per site in line with their
respective positioning.

The project will be a significant driver of domestic and

foreign direct investment that will stimulate economic
growth and job creation through supporting the “Saudi
Arabia Vision 2030” program aiming at developing and
diversifying the Kingdom’s economy, notably through
tourism.

Qiddiya will be the capital of Entertainment, Sports and the

Arts in Saudi Arabia, an integrated destination offering
immersive experiences and memorable moments of delight.

Qiddiya is being built around five cornerstones: Parks &

Attractions, Sports & Wellness, Motion & Mobility, Arts &
Culture and Nature & Environment. Our cornerstones are
supported by our Real Estate & Community Services unit,

Qiddiya will help accomplish several goals of Vision 2030

THE AVENUES PROJECT

The Avenues Riyadh mixed-use project will extend across

390,000 square meters, located at a prime position. The
Avenues Riyadh is a blended-use improvement that will be
built on a site of square meters in the region. The venture
site is situated at the North-western region of Riyadh and is
bound by King Salman Road toward the North and King
Fahad Road toward the East. The Avenues will include one
of the world’s largest malls, as well as five multi-purpose
towers consisting of hotels, exhibitions, conference halls,
residential apartments, offices, and medical facilities. The
advancement comprises an excessively provincial shopping
center with two cellar levels for a vehicle leaving. Over the
shopping center, there will be 5 Towers as follows: Office

King Salman Park project is one of Riyadh’s four grand

projects launched by The Custodian of The Two Holy
Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz. The project will

The new Jizan Airport will overlook the Red Sea about
700km south of Jeddah. The project distributes the
terminal’s principal functions on two main levels, arrivals on
the ground floor and departures on the first floor. There will

contract, stand type aircrafts, for a total floor area of
approximately 55.000m2.

The Riyadh metro is a rapid transit system under

construction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It will be the backbone
of the city's public transport system with an 85-Kilometer

AT THE BATCH PLANT:

• Green Concrete Company technicians will check visually every truck mixer load prior to dispatch
from the Batch plant, for workability

• Samples shall be checked randomly for slump and temperature control

AT THE PROJECT SITE:

• The contractor will make available a centralized check point at the project site in order to
sample/test the fresh concrete for workability and temperature control, before the truck mixer
reaches the concrete pump. The testing frequency is 1 m3 every 50 m3 of fresh concrete.
