RH23/FBILL03488-9) is made stating remark-RMO/Medical attendant/duty
doctor charges are not payable, in this regard i would like to state/inform
that its CONSULTANT DOCTOR FEES FOR NICU/PICU AND KMC charged by
hospital which shall be paid ,you are requested to scrutinise the deduction
detail and allow payment (If not payable please provide me reason with
documented proof)

in this certain deduction has been made in that a deduction of RS 30000
AND RS 2400 (BILL NO RH23/FBILL03488-7 and RH23/FBILL03488-9) is
made stating remark-RMO/Medical attendant/duty doctor charges are
not payable, in this regard i would like to state/inform that its
CONSULTANT DOCTOR FEES FOR NICU/PICU AND KMC charged by
hospital which shall be paid ,you are requested to scrutinise the
deduction detail and allow payment (If not payable please provide me
reason with documented proof).
Secondly two bill of RS 1520 each, bill date 20-07-2023 authentic bill
receipts were attached and deduction has been scrutinised,but above
stated doctor charge has not been scrutinised
