1. Good evening teachers and classmates.

Today I present to you my project: "get in shape at home": I can start with my
eating habits: They are controlling the proportions because they allow us to better balance the nutrients in our meals.
Then, drink plenty of water, since it is a very important factor to maintain hydrated and healthy, it also serves to
strengthen bones and teeth because water provides essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium.

2. Now, I will tell you about some possible diseases when not doing any physical activity: First, obesity because your body
accumulates fat and causes second diseases, for example, heart disease, high cholesterol, since your body can receive a
lot of damage and have pain, for example. on the chest.

3. I will present you some medical recommendations to treat them: First, for obesity, drink a lot of water, avoid the
consumption of soft drinks or any drink that contains sugar, also avoid rest, and finally, do physical activities for 30 minutes
a day.

4. I will conclude with some exercises to maintain your Weight, you don't have to be healthy: You have to walk briskly 30
minutes a day, 5 days a week. In addition, you have to avoid calorie-dense foods and eat a lot of salads for example carrot,
tomato and lettuce and finally many fruits.

Your body hears everything your mind says.
