Dear FOM,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my
position as a Hotel Front Office Guest Service Agent (GSA), effective last working day, in
accordance with the notice period specified in my employment contract.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Amber Dale Luxury Hotel and Spa and have
had the opportunity to learn and grow within the hotel industry. However, after careful
consideration, I have decided to pursue a new professional endeavour that aligns more
closely with my long-term career goals.

I would like to express my gratitude to you and the entire team at Amber Dale Luxury Hotel
and Spa for the support and guidance provided to me during my tenure. The experience
gained here has been invaluable, and I am confident that it will serve as a strong foundation
for my future endeavours.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition of my responsibilities. Please let me know

how I can assist during this transition period, and I will do my best to ensure a seamless
handover of my duties to my successor.

I will return all company property in my possession, including keys, access cards, and any
other materials, on my last day of work. Please inform me of any specific procedures I need
to follow in this regard.

Once again, thank you for the opportunities and support you have provided me during my
time at Amber Dale Luxury Hotel and Spa. I sincerely appreciate the professional growth and
development I have experienced here.
