Processing Questions:

1. In the activity, I felt excited and nostalgic trying to show my emotions out of
the scenarios. Excited because through it I was able to assess myself even
more. Also, I suddenly felt nostalgic looking at myself in the mirror while
assessing and reflecting.

2. Honestly, it wasn’t as difficult as I expected. I just thought it will be


awkward seeing myself in the mirror, but it was just as easy as looking at it
every morning.

3. I was able to mirror my emotional reactions by thinking about the factors


that affect those reactions. For example, in the scenario where my circle of
friends has brought up, I need to think about how healthy and happy we are
being with one another despite the current situation. The same goes for
every scenario, I must think first before showing my emotions.

4. On the strength part, I have noticed that even though we have some
problems in our family, I still behave well and not be too emotional. I felt
that it was my strength because I could think positively and react
accordingly. My one weakness would be indecisive for showing the most
honest and truthful reaction to different scenarios. I think the reason I am
so indecisive on that part was that I have so many qualms towards
unimportant things.

Processing Questions:

1. Filling out this template was quite difficult, as some of my personal goals are
the things I have been improving and managing for the longest time. So,
thinking about a new one was quite hard and not a simple thing to do.
Nonetheless, I still enjoyed this activity.

2. This activity will serve as my guide to improving my personal goal. I think at a


young age, having plans -concrete personal plans could help us improve our
goals. Having this guide will ease our burden of thinking about what to
improve, stop, start, or minimize daily.

3. Not prioritizing my personal goals could be a distraction to achieving them.


Thinking that this plan is just activity is so wrong. We should take things
seriously and put effort into the things that matter the most.

What I Have Learned

I, Luis Dominic A. Crisostomo, promise to be mindful of my actions and


decisions despite the adversities we are currently into. I pledge to face those
challenges with grit and tenacity, as it is our first line of defense against them. I will
always uplift my mind, my soul, and my spirit to better my well-being.
Along with this aim of cascading my commitments, I pledge to spread those
traits to every student, my generation, face every challenge bravely and confidently.

The execution. In achieving personal
development, the last thing we should do is
executing what we assess and plan. By doing this,
we could achieve the development we needed.

also figure out how you will execute your plans.

Assess yourself. By judging yourself depending on what you feel


lacking, you could figure out the best possible development for you.
