RENDER OFFICE OF THE VALUER GENERAL (OVG) WITH TRAVEL
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.

Kindly be advised that your company has been short-listed for Stage 2- site visit,
presentation, and demonstration of the system as per above mentioned bid on your
premises in accordance with the criteria attached herewith.

NB: Bids that fail to achieve a minimum of 60 points out of 100 points for
functionality will be disqualified. This means that such bids will not be evaluated on
the second stage (Preference Points System)

Details of the site visit are as follows:

Date : Tuesday, 13 February 2024

Venue : Suite No3, The Towers, 1st Floor, Boksburg

Time : 09:00-16:00
