Maintenance & Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

United Offshore Support GmbH is one of the main Global Players in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry with 13 Anchor Handling Tug
Supply Vessels operating worldwide. A team of international Professionals runs the fleet from its Head Quarters in Leer, Germany,
divided into a Shipmanagement, Commercial, Financial and HR department.

To support our Shipmanagement-Department, UOS is currently looking for a

Maintenance & Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)

Main responsibilities: Qualification:

• Develops and integrates the existing CMMS into a new
CMMS system
• Change agent for the implementation of a new CMMS
within the business
• Ensures vessel reliability is improved and the up time of
the vessels maximised.
• Ensures that root causes of technical failures are
identified, communicated and mitigations implemented
to prevent future reoccurrences
• Ensures the maintenance practices on-board the
Company vessels are in line with industry best practice
and fit for purpose
• Develops robust processes pertaining to maintenance
and management of the same
• Performance monitoring and comparing and analysing
vessel performance across the fleet
• Degree/ HND/ HNC in an engineering subject or
equivalent engineering experience
• Experienced in Reliability & Maintenance Management
Techniques (RCM/RCA´s/FMECA´s)
• Fully conversant with the legislative and regulatory
requirements for marine equipment and systems
• Relevant experience in the inspection and maintenance
of marine equipment and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient and experienced writing detailed reports
• Knowledge of CMMS Operation, preferably AMOS
• Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Fluency in English is required and in German preferred
