examples.

iii. What are the challenges organizations confront when engaged in the process of “Change
Management”?
iv. Discuss how “Political” and “Ecological” macro-economic factors affect businesses in the
contemporary context.

vi. Differentiate between the responsibilities of “Line Managers” and “Project Managers”.

ix. “Contingency Theory of Management is most suitable to the volatile times we are facing with

2) Recruiting the right candidates to the organization to fill the vacancies is critically important to
identify the most suitable candidates to the organization for effective discharge of duties and
responsibilities of those positions filled. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing the
“External Recruitment Method briefly”.

3) Explain in detail three different “Types of Employment” you have learnt and discuss the advantages
of each type of employment from the perspective of the employer.

4) Motivating employees is critical to keeping them satisfied while harnessing the maximum
productivity from them to the organization. Explain how “Financial and Non- Financial Incentives”
could be utilized to achieve this. Give an example of why Financial Incentives does not always
motivate individual employees.
