In addition, I use a number of different assessments to assess student learning, from tests to choice boards.

Setting clear annual goals at the beginning of each school year helps me track my professional development
progress effectively.

Areas for Growth:

I plan to incorporate self-reflection as a regular practice to deepen my personal insights and identify areas for
improvement independently.
I aim to improve my communication and collaboration efforts with parents and community members to create a
more inclusive learning environment.
I plan to establish regular communication channels to keep parents informed about their child's progress and
involved in the educational journey.
