I certify that the details furnished above are correct to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that any new requests
or changes requested after signing this document will be subject to approvals and the possibility to even make such
changes. There could be further charges for changes or new requests. I shall have no claim against the outlet for any
requests not documented here and the outlet shall not be liable for any issues or complication that arises from any
undocumented request.

I understand that the outlet will be conducting a “bump-in” process an hour before my event. This is to help confirm
that all food, beverage and logistical arrangement indicated in this event order are in order (or getting in order) for the
event. This bump-in process will be conducted together with someone that I will nominate, together with the events
manager in-charge as well as the coordinator. Once the bump in is concluded and items listed in the EO are in order and
correctly (or getting) set up, we will sign on the event order again as a form of acknowledgement to take over the
venue.

I note that payment for the outstanding balance of the contract sum and any additional purchases from now to the day
of my event will be via credit card or cash. This will be paid at the end of the event. Should I choose to use telegraphic
transfer or cheque payment, I will have to make sure that the transfer is cleared into your bank account at least 3
working days prior to the event date.
