AFFIDAVIT

I, HANNA RAQUEL C. GRIPAL, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Block 3,

Lot 18, France Street, Birmingham Springfield, General Ricarte Street, Barangay San
Juan, Cainta, Rizal, under oath do hereby depose and state, that:

1. On December 27,2023, I became a victim of a scam involving the money and the
product, last December 27,2023 at exactly 5:00 pm I sent a money amounting
3,500 php on pay maya, Im buying an ipad online on facebook marketplace and
when we finished transacting I sent a money and the scammer naming Mycel
Garcia and Cristy H on paymaya blocked me on facebook.

2. I hereby provide this affidavit to document the details of the scam for legal and
investigative purposes. I declare that the information provided in this affidavit is
true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
