In consonance to the agreements made during the Sangguniang Barangay

inaugural session held on _________________, 2023, all Barangay Kagawads are
hereby directed to be on duty on the following day, to wit:

Thursday - Kagawad ______________________
Friday - Kagawad ______________________
Saturday - Kagawad ______________________

As Duty Officer of the Day, he/she shall report to the Barangay Hall from
____________________ (time) and shall be responsible to provide assistance to all
clients.

Failure to comply with any provision of this Order shall constitute

dereliction of duty, which is a ground for disciplinary action under Section 60 of
the Local Government Code of 1991.

This Order, issued in the interest of public service, shall take effect after
ten (10) days from the day of its posting in the bulletin board located inside the
barangay hall.
