RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The party will be confirmed after receiving 25% of the total amount as advance and shall not be
refundable.
2. 75% advance on the total value of the menu to be paid on confirmation & the balance is to be settled
immediately on completion of the banquet.
3. At least 48 hrs prior notice shall be given by the host to the management about any change in the
number of guests expected to attend the party.
4. The bill shall be made out on the minimum number of persons booked at the time of confirming the
party (Subject to clause 2 Supra) even if lesser number of guests finally turn-up. However, if the
number of guests turned out are more than the number booked the management may serve any other
item in the menu available at that time and try not to disappoint any guests and the bill shall be made
for the actual number of guests served at the, agreed rate irrespective of the items served.
5. The management shall try its best to see that the party goes on well. However, it accepts no
responsibility if the party cannot be organized due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of
the management likes Force majeure etc.
6. The host shall settle the bill of the party at the office counter soon after the party is over.
7. All menu confirmed are subject to the availability of the raw materials. The management may on its
own discretion, under such circumstances change the confirmed menu at the last minute, If the host
cannot be contacted on phone or otherwise.
8. Outside food and / or beverages are prohibited.
9. Extra Sweets and Ice-Creams are not mentioned herein covered by the package rates and therefore
extra numbers of these items served shall be at additional cost.
10. Service will be buffet. The rates quoted are a package rate after duly considering children and old
people. Hence no reduction can be considered for children.
11. Unless specifically requested by guests for certain functions where hall charges are mentioned, the hall
is let out for a period of 4 hours only. additional hall charges apply on hourly basis after the specified
time frame in addition to the taxes as applicable.
12. Sharing of food in a single plate is strictly not allowed
13. DJ, live bands and other loud music inside the hall premises is prohibited
14. Stage decorations such as flowers, balloons, lights, sofas, mic sets, etc. are provided at extra cost and
will be arranged through associated agency on request. in case the guest wishes to hire outside agency
for the same, a royalty of Rs 3000/- will be charged.
