For strengths, my school offers multiple means to become involved with curriculum study and development, as
well as offers student data on a weekly basis that can be used to identify students that will require additional
support to pass their courses. Working as a supervisor has also allowed me to take a leadership role with
advocating for additional professional development opportunities and discussing areas of growth with other
teachers. I would like to pursue additional opportunities to gain knowledge and understanding of the different
backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and languages amongst my fellow colleagues. The goal is to utilize these
diverse backgrounds to better engage and support students that match those unique backgrounds. Currently our
student data usage and conversations revolve around identifying specific students that will require intervention
