I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of a 40 minutes lesson, the pupils must be able to:

a. Demonstrates understanding awareness of body parts in preparation for participation in physical


activities;
b. Performs with coordination enjoyable movements on body awareness; and
c. Shows balance on one, two, three, four and five body parts ( PE1BM-Ie-f-3,page 12 of 67).
