Rock Star & Super Star Award – an overview
Recommendation by Award
Self nomination Rock Star Award - INR 50,000 (inclusive of taxes)
Super Star Award - INR 150,000 (inclusive of taxes)
Supervisor (min L4) and above from the selection of “Basket of Awards”. Claim must be availed within 3
months from the announcement
Cross Functional Supervisor (min L4) and above
Winner is awarded with a Star Memento + Certificate
Double awards are not permitted (this topic should not have been awarded
before. E.g., cash bonus, Suggestion scheme award, Star award) Nominees will be awarded a Certificate of appreciation

Execution Award to be given by HOD in the respective department

One recommendation with justification per HoD is permitted. Communication to all employees

Basket of Awards
Nominees to send their presentations to HR in the defined template 1 day
prior to the award date Purchase of MB accessories
Nominees will present their topic at the MPExM or OExM, as applicable Gym or Sports Club Membership, purchase of Sports Gear

Time allocated to each presenter is 7 mins. Training programs associated with the current job profile.
(i.e. 5 mins. for presentation + 2 mins. Q&A) Training nomination shall be discussed by HOD and HR
Selection criteria will be based on People Principles and their indicators. For an academic enrollment, this award may be clubbed along with the
Higher Education Scheme
Respective panels will vote for the winner based on the rating scale. Wellness package
In case of a tie, discussions and re-voting will be held
