MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement was entered into by and between MR. JOY C. MUÑOZ in his
capacity as Assistant School Principal II of TORRE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and
YOLANDA A. PACLEB, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of TORRE 2 nd,
MANGATAREM, PANGASINAN, to wit:

1. That YOLANDA A. PACLEB was hired by MR. JOY C. MUÑOZ as Janitress in the
school effective July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and may be renewed by MR.
JOY C MUÑOZ at his option;
2. That YOLANDA A. PACLEB shall receive a monthly salary of P4,500;
3. That as Janitress, YOLANDA A. PACLEB shall work from 6:00 o’clock in the morning
to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon and if she renders overtime work, that is voluntary on
her part, thus, she is not entitled to overtime pay;
4. That YOLANDA A. PACLEB shall be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of
the school rooms and the toilet and the surroundings thereof to ensure the well-being
and safety of the pupils’
5. That YOLANDA A. PACLEB shall not be entitled to any other remuneration or salary
except the P 4,500 per month;
6. That YOLANDA A. PACLEB may be terminated anytime for violation of any of the
rules of the schools and those enunciated and adopted by the Department of
Education;
7. That this agreement shall be binding while this agreement is subsisting except only
when revoked by MR. JOY C. MUÑOZ
