MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement was entered into by and between DR. MARIA CLARISSE B. CUARESMA
in her capacity as Principal of SCHOOL, OLO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and ANGIE L. MAGBUAY,
single, Filipino citizen and a resident OLO CAGARLITAN, MANGATAREM, PANGASINAN, to wit:

1. That ANGIE L. MAGBUAY was hired by DR. MARIA CLARISSE B. CUARESMA as

Janitress in the school effective January 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024 and may be renewed
by DR. MARIA CLARISSE B. CUARESMA at her option;
2. That ANGIE L. MAGBUAY shall receive a monthly salary of P 5,000.00
3. That as janitress, ANGIE L. MAGBUAY shall work from 8:00 o’clock in the morning to
5:00 o’clock in the afternoon and if he renders overtime work, that is voluntary on her
part, thus, she is not entitled to overtime pay;
4. That ANGIE L. MAGBUAY shall be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the
school rooms and the toilet and the surroundings thereof to ensure the well-being and
safety of the pupils;
5. That ANGIE L. MAGBUAY shall not be entitled to any other remuneration or salary
except the P 5,000.00 per month;
6. That ANGIE L. MAGBUAY may be terminated anytime for violation of any of the rules of
the school and those enunciated and adopted by the Department of Education;
7. That this agreement shall be binding while this agreement is subsisting except only
when revoked by DR. MARIA CLARISSE B. CUARESMA.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affix our signatures this 1st day of
January 2024 at Olo Cacamposan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
