MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR SECURITY SERVICES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement was entered into by and between MARIA CLARISSE B. CUARESMA in her capacity as Principal of
OLO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, OLO CACAMPOSAN, and JULIAN S. CAMPOS, Single, Filipino citizen and a resident of
OLO CACAMPOSAN, to wit:

1. That JULIAN S. CAMPOS, was hired by MA. CLARISSE B. CUARESMA as Watchman in the school effective
January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 and may be renewed by MARIA CLARISSE B. CUARESMA at her option;
2. That JULIAN S. CAMPOS shall receive a monthly salary of Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 7,000.00)
3. That as Watchman, JULIAN S. CAMPOS shall work from 9:00 o’clock in the evening to 5:00 o’clock in the
morning and if he renders overtime work, that is voluntary on this part, thus, he is not entitled to overtime pay;
4. That JULIAN S. CAMPOS shall be:
a. Responsible for safeguarding personnel, buildings, property, and supplies, checking windows, doors,
and entrances to buildings to make certain they are secured;
b. Deters admittance of unauthorized persons to the premises;
c. Investigate unusual conditions or disturbances;
d. Prevents damage to property;
e. Checks condition to fire hazards;
f. Contacts police, fire, ambulance, and maintenance personnel when warranted;
g. Identifies tripping and slipping hazards and takes corrective action;
h. Checks entrances and hallways for debris and removes it appropriately and helps maintain the
cleanliness of the school rooms and the toilet and the surroundings thereof to ensure the well-being and
safety of the pupils; and
i. Does related work as required.
5. That JULIAN S. CAMPOS, shall assume full responsibility for any loss against theft, pilferage, robbery and trespass
which the school properties may suffer during the watch hours of the security provided it shall have been established
beyond reasonable doubt after investigation, that said loss or damaged was principally due to the negligence of the
security guard.
6. That JULIAN S. CAMPOS may be terminated anytime for violation of any of the rules of the school and those
enunciated and adopted by the Department of Education;
7. That this agreement shall be binding while this agreement is subsisting except only when revoked by MARIA
CLARISSE B. CUARESMA
