Sub: Approval for Non-Compressive AMC for Delta V DCS System.

M/s Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Limited vide letter dated 06.02.2024(received on 12.02.2024)
has forwarded the Techno-Commercial Offer for Non-Comprehensive AMC for Delta V DCS
System for approval. Please note M/s EIGL has been awarded the Operation & Maintenance of
2X1250 TPD ASU at Oxygen Plant vide work order 11.80.Q7QW/Oxygen Plant/134/16088 dated
06.10.2023.

As per work order M/s EIGL shall go for AMC for the equipment as per the Annexure-1 of
Appendix 8. The expenditure towards the AMC and the deployment of experts at site shall the
reimbursed by NSL as actual (refer clause no 7 of Appendix -8 and Clause 3 of Appendix-2).

The Techno-commercial offer for AMC of DeltaV DCS System is reviewed at our end and the
same is being recommended for approval.

NSL is requested to accord the approval at the earliest for onward action at our end.
