M/S AL FAIZ RICE MILLS Registered with EOBI, having Registration No. BND00021 act applicability is
21/11/2005 and Located at District Layyah.

The Employer filed a petition u/s 33 against the demand notice u/s 12(3) of EOBI act 1976 of amount
Rs.303088/- with statutory increased of which paid Rs. 100000/- and Honorable Adjudicating Authority
has appointed a commission comprising of Mr.Mudassar Ramzan (Assistant Director) and
Mr.Muhammad Ihsan Ul haq (Assistant Director) to check the Book of Account as enumerated under
EOBI (Verification) Regulation 2007 of M/S AL FAIZ RICE MILLS.

In Compliance to the orders of the Adjudicating Authority the commission members visited to the
establishment for the record verification on 27/08/2019, met with Mr. Sheikh Fayyaz Ahmed (Owner) at
time he could not provide the record and promised to present the complete record in EOBI
Muzaffergarh office within a week time. However, they did not provide the required record till now.
Phone calls were made to the employer for the production of record but no avail.
