Subject: Conversion of Internship to Contract

Respected Sir,

With due respect it is to be stated that, I, Syeda Zainab Tanweer (EMP#301523) has been Working as
Internee in Finance Department OF DUH since March 2nd ,2023.I am writing to express my interest in
transitioning from my current internship position to a contract role within DUH. As my internship at
DOW University Hospital comes to an end on March 1, 2024, I am eager to continue contributing to
the team and further develop the skills I have acquired during my tenure.

Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in various aspects of hospital
operations, including IPD and OPD revenue consolidation, lab and hospital costing, as well as
government billing processes. Through these experiences, I have enhanced my ability to multitask
effectively and navigate healthcare systems with diligence and precision. I am particularly drawn to
the prospect of transitioning to a contract position as it would afford me the opportunity to apply
the knowledge and skills I have acquired during my internship in a more independent capacity.

I am confident that my dedication, adaptability, and passion for healthcare administration make me
a strong candidate for this role. I am enthusiastic about the possibility of continuing my journey with
DUH and contributing to its mission of providing exceptional patient care.
