Hi, My self Rohit Ranjan/Rohit Jain/Atul Yadav and i am from kota,Rajasthan and currently
pursuing my b.tech from iit bhu in chemical Engineering.my technical skills includes
programming in c,c++ and..I have good command on data structures and algorithms.I am
interested in competitive Programming ,problem solving,data structures and Algorithms.I have
done my development project in react and django.my project title are HireX web application
and restaurant website. I am a quick learner and always ready to learn new things that help to

3.why are you pursuing a career in computer science?
Answer:-
I have been very interested in development and coding since the starting days of my college and
coding is something which really excites me. It's my goal to work for a good growing
organization like jp morgan where I can improve my skills furthermore and can help work in the
growth of the company with my skills. Jp morgan is working on varied technologies so I think I
will definitely get the chance to learn and work on some of the booming technologies.

In my first year, I had a course CSO101 in which I studied basic C language, I explored it a bit
more and found quite interesting things like dsa and other development stuff. Then after I tried
to explore other career fields. I got to learn about my core branch, data analysis, and other
related fields. But for me, software development was really interesting because i am very
curious about like how apps and websites are built by using technologies.

4.what will you choose if you have a choice between google and jp morgan,choose between
google and tesla …..etc.
Answer:- definitely i will choose jp Morgan because

Answer:-I don’t have any plans for higher studies.i never think about it.

Answer:-
I don’t have any experience of working with client, and as I have already made some projects so
I can say I have experienced innovation-driven methodology, so I’ll definetly try to explore this
interaction with clients and solving thier problems. After that I’ll be more comfortable in taking
the decisions.

9. how you managed to learn all computer science fundamentals (even you are chemical
student)?
Answer:-
I had covered most of the subjects during the summer and winter rest and also whenever I had
free time from classes I always tried to learn CS-related things because these developed my
interest in technologies and coding.

10.how can you fit in the cs community?


Answer:-
I think i can fit in the cs community easily because i am familiar with most of the cs related
things like coding,web development,cs fundamental and technologies.I also have good
experience with coding as i solved many problems related to competitive programming and also
did some projects on different -different technologies.so it helps me to fit in cs community.

11. views about work location and culture?


Answer:-
I never decide on any particular work location,I am comfortable with any location which is
assigned to me and I like a culture where I can learn many new things about technologies or
apart from that, a location where I get the chance to learn and work upon some of the booming
technologies.
12. What are you looking for in your upcoming job?
I'm looking for a great, enthusiastic engineering team to work for that will provide me with
challenging, interesting work that I can learn from and contribute to.

13.why you are aspiring to become a software engineer despite having a Chemical
engineering?
Answer:-
I have been very interested in development and coding since the starting days of my college and
coding is something which really excites me.I am really enjoying problem solving and making
algorithms.when i start doing coding i found that i can do better in this field than my core field
and then start learning various things related to cs.

Answer:-
Whatever work is assigned to me I will be happy with that and try to give my best in that work
with my full strength.If I have choices then I choose that work which helps me to improve my
skills.

Since I did not spend much time in college due to the corona pandemic so I can’t explore college

I gained many skills in the last two years. I improved my presentation skills by taking part in case
study events and learned various technologies and did coding etc.

Strengths:- I am a very hard worker person and always ready to learn new things.
Weakness:-sometimes i forget about collage assignment deadlines and now to overcome this i
set the reminder in my mobile phone and not miss any deadlines.

Answer:-Whenever I feel presserize i take a little break from my current work and do things

And after a break start doing my work with new energy and motivation.

you going to do that?
Answer:-First we are going to schedule are task according to our priority, and then we are going
to maintain record of each task, if any task during the work is going to be repeated, I am going
to look for it in the record table and not going to work again on that task.This Approach follows
Dynamic Programming approach of global optimization.

30. Where you want to see yourself in the upcoming 5 years


After 5 years, I would like to see myself leading a team of dedicated and motivated employees
towards the goal of the company, and in the process, I would like to grow as an individual, both
professionally and personally. And also, I would like to see myself more skilled and
technologically well developed.

Answer:- I am not well versed with the backend technologies and am still in the learning phase
of it and have planned to complete it soon.

been continuously keeping up my learning and have planned to complete it very soon.
