Poor Material Condition Dimension Issue

Most of the thread hole not in a good condition, it will impact during masking process.
28/01/2022  CH Tan get production to rework on this issue.

During buffing until masking process

FA Team do come to check the
dimension of the part. They already
detect the dimension of the hole is
out, but there are no decision making
whether to on hold or continue the
process. Painting Team continue the
process as there are no official
instruction from FA Team.

29/01/2022  CH Tan bring production team to do rework due to dimension out at

painting side. At this time painting team already done for undercoat process. In progress
of buffing before proceed with topcoat.

Post Mortem on ASM E-FRAME to masking and tapping.
CH Tan come to check
D011-7640-000-03-C the drawing and advise
based on actual part.

to actual part got different colour from at 6pm. Most of the part got dented
golden sample. and scratches mark.
