Conditions:
(1)The charges indicated above are only tentative and the applicant shall pay, in addition
to above charges, leviable by the APEPDCL, in the context of above charges have become
insufficient on whatsoever reason to provide electrical infrastructure to the applicant.
(2)If the applicant fails to pay the charges mentioned above on or before 02.03.2024 the
APEPDCL shall reject the application without any further notice.
(3)In case, the applicant fails to avail supply within three (3) months from the date of
issue of a separate notice under clause 5.9.2.1 of GTCS, the applicant shall pay the
monthly charges communicated by the APEPDCL as per prevailing Tariff Order.
(4)The prospective consumer are required to lay the service connection cable and also fix
up the meter box and MCB (Cut-out) as per the standards and procedures prescribed in the
GTCS.
(5) If the applicant opts to take up the works on Turnkey basis, a separate approval is to
be obtained from the Competent Authority of APEPDCL.
