Rubber Ceramic Pulley Lagging

Rubber ceramic pulley lagging

provides the best grip for your drive
pulley. The ceramic inserts in the
lagging surface provide both high
friction and high wear resistance-
providing the best protection for
your pulley and belt in the most
demanding conditions. Ceramic
pulley lagging is ideally suited for
wet and muddy conditions where
belt slippage can be a major
problem.

The high co-efficient of friction of

the ceramic tile inserts with the belt
also allows for belt tension to be
reduced. This also improves the life
of the belt, as well as that of the
other belt components as they
come under less stress.
Stainless Steel Screen

Wedge wire is a welded steel structure, mainly

used for filtration, separation and retention
media.

It consists of surface profiles, usually V-shaped,

that are resistance welded onto support
profiles. The distance between the surface
profiles is controlled very accurately, as it forms
the slot through which the filtrate flows.

Alumina Ceramic Tube

The wear resistant alumina ceramic lined

elbow is used in all industry where wear
resistance is needed. The high alumina
ceramics are installed into the internal
surface of the pipe properly by welding,
pasting or interlocking system.

With the brilliant properties of resistance to

wear, corrosion and heat, the pipe is widely
used in material handling of coal industry,
electric power, metallurgy, mining and
chemical industry and it is the ideal wear-
resistant selection.

Advantages:

1. Great Hardness: The Mohs hardness is 9

which is only inferior to diamond.

2. Good Abrasion Resistance: The alumina

ceramic abrasion resistance is 260 times
that of manganese steel and 170 times that
of high chromium iron.

3. Corrosive Resistance: As an inorganic

oxide, high alumina ceramics has extreme
stable molecular structure and no
electrochemical corrosion, which can resist
the corrosion from various fluid such as
acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent.

4. Light Weight: Density of 3.6g/cm3 is only

half of steel, which highly decrease the total
weight of the pipe.
Rubber Ceramic Lining

Wear resistant rubber ceramic linings

widely used in coal transportation, ash
discharge systems of coal-fired power
plants, and materials for metallurgical
steel industry.

The lining can be twisted and cut,

suitable for installing a variety
of special-shaped equipment, and is
wear-resistant and resistant to weak
acid and alkali.

Abrasion resistance: 10 times better

than ordinary pipes under the same
conditions.

Corrosion resistance: ceramic lining

and inorganic adhesives can resist
acid and alkali corrosion.

Anti-scouring: It can resist the

scouring of larger particle material
without breaking.

Inside and outside of the liner is

smooth. The smooth surface allows
the material to pass freely without
hanging or blocking.

This product can cut and bend by

itself. It is easy to install on site. It is
suitable for all kinds of equipment. In
order to facilitate the installation and
replacement of customers, the steel
plate with bolts and lining plate can
also be vulcanized together to form a
ceramic rubber steel plate integrated
vulcanization lining plate.
Cyclone Header

The working principle of hydrocyclone

is centrifugal sedimentation, when
two phases (or three phases) mixed
liquid is fed into hydrocyclone by a
certain pressure liquid and produces
strong three-dimensional-elliptic
rotational movement. Due to the
different density of particles, the
centrifugal force, the centripetal
buoyancy and drag force is different.
So most coarse particles (or heavy
phase) are discharged from cyclone
underflow outlet, and the fine particles
(or light phase) from the overflow
tube, so as to achieve separation.

with rubber or ceramics, which greatly
improves product life
 High Wear Resistant Rubber Slurry Hose

Flange rubber hose is consist of two flange and one rubber hose, the
rubber hose is consist of inner rubber layer, cord fabric layer, middle
rubber layer, steel wire reinforcement layer, middle rubber layer, cord
fabric layer, outer rubber layer.

Alumina Ceramic Mat

Alumina Ceramic Tile is of high wear
resistance, acid and alkali resistance,
effectively prolong the service life of
equipment and considered to be the best
choice of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion
material; Wear resistance of ceramic is 266
times than that of special manganese, 171.5
times to high chrome cast iron; Hardness is
much higher than that of wear-resistant steel
and stainless steel.
 Epoxy resin

curing.
