Establishing a purpose for the lesson

• the science that studies the cycle of

water.
• Can be related to meteorology,
hydrology, and climatology science
B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson

• the processes of the hydrological cycle that

occur in the atmosphere (evaporation,
condensation, and precipitation) and in
the ground (rainfall interception,
infiltration, and surface runoff) and their
interactions.
• It studies the behavior of hydrologic
elements.
C. Presenting examples/instances of the new lesson

Ocean and Seas.

temperature between ocean and atmosphere.

ENSO refers El Niňo as warm phase while La Niňa as cold phase.
